In a convocation ceremony during this year’s American College of Radiology (ACR) Annual Meeting, the ACR recognized John J. Daly, MD, FACR, a nuclear medicine subspecialist here at Carolina Radiology, as an ACR Fellow.
Designation as a Fellow of the American College of Radiology (FACR) is one of the highest honors that the organization bestows on radiologists. Since only about 10 percent of ACR members become Fellows, this is a prestigious distinction, recognizing a history of service to the ACR, organized radiology, teaching, or research.
Dr. Daly joined Carolina Radiology in 1997. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, where he also completed a radiology residency and a fellowship in nuclear medicine.
Board Certified by the American College of Radiology, Dr. Daly has served as Past President and Past Managing Partner of Carolina Radiology’s Myrtle Beach Division. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, the South Carolina Radiological Society, and the Society of Nuclear Medicine.
